We would like to welcome you as a new client to Pine Bush Equine. We are confident that you will find that we can provide your animals with the best veterinary care in the area. We have certain policies that you should be aware of as a new client.
All clients must have a valid credit card on file. This card will be used to pay any balances over 30 days unless other arrangements have been made prior to services being rendered.Bills are sent out bi-monthly and payment is due upon receipt.For your convenience payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Care Credit.
All appointments should be made through the front desk. If you speak with the veterinarian and they give you a follow up appointment date please call the office to confirm the appointment.
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy any appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a missed appointment fee. This fee also applies to "no-show" appointments. This policy is necessary to ensure that we can provide timely service to our clients. If we have this notice we can then contact another client who may be waiting for an appointment to fill the slot. We appreciate your cooperation with this policy.
Medical Records and Treatment Policies
All medical records are the property of Pine Bush Equine. Upon request these records can be sent to the owner of the horse or any third party as requested. The record is only available upon the express permission of the individual who made payment on the account at the time of service. (i.e. if you belong to a barn that has your horse treated on it's account we cannot release that information without the barn owner's permission). For this reason we ask that all clients set up individual billing accounts when possible.
Treatment can only be requested by the owner of the animal or individuals given permission by the owner to request care.
